At Women's Underwear, we prioritize your comfort and hygiene, offering a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for sanitary reasons, items that have been tried on or washed cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the hygiene standards of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
